Pazmac
Enterprises Ltd. has extensive experience in working with a wide variety of
Standard and Exotic Materials.
From hardness to thermo
conductivity, elasticity and tensile strength, the approach to machining with
turning centers and multi-axis machines can vary depending on material type.
Through the years, Pazmac has not shied away from new and challenging
materials; maintaining an ever-evolving dedication to continued improvement.
Machining softer materials such as plastics, brass, and aluminum, as well as a
long list of mild steels, that may require tight tolerances and finishes is
routine for Pazmac. The challenge of machining stainless steels, nickel-based
alloys and high-end materials, that have specific design purposes such as
temperature and corrosion resistance, has been an evolving series of success
stories for Pazmac. Working hand in hand with tool suppliers, Pazmac has developed
new techniques to utilize turning centers and multi axis machines in the most
efficient ways possible. We do this in order to maintain the exacting, high
level of precision necessary to meet our customer’s requirements.
Pazmac is driven to be a leader in the industry and it shows in the versatility
and capability of the organization. With a wide range of material vendors; the
following is a list of regularly machined materials Pazmac is able to source
for production.
Please give us a call with any
questions, or if you do not see a material that you have machining requirement
for, we’d be happy to help.
